Hi, I am Meghan, the Office Manager and a graduate from Texas Tech University (Wreck Em’). I’ve been with Jason Chafe State Farm since January 2017. I am a multi-line representative in auto, fire, life, & health. I am also a licensed representative for New Mexico and Oklahoma. I pride myself in the customer service we provide here in our office. Giving the customer a call back is so important to me! I also enjoy welcoming new customers to our office. I want them to know we are so much more than your normal insurance office! When I am not at work, I have three little girls with my husband that I have been married to since October of 2018. We enjoy going to the mountains, skiing, and of course during the summer- going to the lake. I have lived in Amarillo my entire life, and I’m so glad to be here and make a difference every day!

Hi, I am Shalayne, Jason's Executive Assistant. I have been with Jason Chafe State Farm since July 2018. I am a multiline representative in auto, fire, health, and life. I focus on providing the correct coverage for business owners across Texas. I am proud to also assist in insuring New Mexico and Oklahoma residents. To me, insurance is so much more than coverage. I want my customers to leave my office understanding their policy and the insurance they are receiving when they sign up with our office. When I am not at work, I am enjoying time with my little girl and husband. We enjoy going to the gym, and watching my husband play softball during the weekend. I am so very proud to not only be apart of the Amarillo community, but to make a difference each chance I get.

Hello, my name is Jeri. I am the Account Representative. I have been with Jason Chafe State Farm since July 2021. I take care of the billing and the Drive Safe and Save for the office. I love being the face of the office and getting to know our customers on a first name basis. I recently retired as a veterinary technician. I worked in that industry for 27 years, and my love for animals continues. I am a member of the Amarillo Obedience Training Club, and I enjoy training and showing my dogs in agility. I have been married to my wonderful husband Giff for 25 years. We enjoy camping and traveling together. I am blessed to have an amazing daughter, Shalayne and a great son-in-law, Austin. They have blessed me with the greatest gift of all, a granddaughter.

I take pride in providing exceptional service I can to each of our customers, as well as giving them guidance from start to finish with their claims journey. I always want our customers to know that I am here to help them with whatever they may need! When I am not at work, I am enjoying my time with my husband and our two boys! We are actively involved in the hockey community here in Amarillo! We enjoy family game nights, trips to the golf course, and pool days in the summer!
